HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR DELIVERY?
All orders are shipped from headquarters in Houston, Texas. Orders are generally shipped on the next business day and delivered within 1-3 days (Priority) and 5-7 days (First Class).
Need it faster? We also offer Priority Mail Express (1 Day) service via USPS. Orders placed with Next Day Select will be shipped the same business day IF order is made before 11:00AM CST.
If a particular item is on back-order, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. In most cases, item is shipped sooner but we ask that you allow 4-6 weeks. You will be notified via email when your back-ordered item has shipped.
HOW DO I REMOVE AN ITEM FROM THE CART?
Click on the cart link on the center/bottom right of our site. There is a “REMOVE (X)” button located to the right of the price for each product.
MY ORDER WON'T GO THROUGH
If you're receiving an error message when trying to place an order, there may be a problem with your credit card information or billing or shipping address. Please double-check that all information is entered correctly. If this doesn't solve the problem, make sure you're using the latest version of your web browser.
DO YOU HAVE ANY STORE LOCATIONS?
At present, we are an online and mobile store and we do not have any physical store locations. Feel free to shop from your pc or mobile device.
