Returns and Exchanges

Questions?  See below for answers or email us at info@sobeitapparel.com. Please be aware that though we are able to provide pre-printed return labels for returns/exchanges, shipping charges will NOT be refunded. 

 

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

You have 21 days from the date of purchase to decide if the item you purchased is right for you.  Sobeit Apparel Co. will refund any item(s), provided that they have not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn, and that all labels and tags are attached. For returns after 21 days, we will issue a merchandise credit. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been processed.

If exchanging an item, you will receive your new order number via email. There is no additional shipping charge for your new item.

If you are returning from a location inside/outside of the U.S., please send your package via a prepaid, insured, and traceable method to the following addresses:

If you do not have the original packing slip or invoice receipt, please include the following information with your return:

1. The name and address under which the order was placed

2. Your name and billing address (if different from #1)

3. What item(s) you are returning, with item number, if available

4. The item(s) price(s)

5. Your reason for returning

6. The form of payment

7. What you'd like us to do (return money to credit card, issue a credit, or exchange for new merchandise)

 

REDEEMING MERCHANDISE CREDIT:

If you have received merchandise credit, you can redeem it online at sobeitapparel.com.
 

RETURN/EXCHANGE STATUS:

Please allow 7-10 days from the time you mailed us your package for your return/exchange to be processed. You will be notified upon receipt of package.  You may also contact us via email at store@sobeitapparel.com.  We will need your name, order number, billing zip code, and as much additional information as you can provide.

Note: We are NOT responsible for item(s) lost, stolen, or damaged after USPS verifies your package has been delivered!
