RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

You have 21 days from the date of purchase to decide if the item you ordered is right for you.  If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply return it. Other than defective items, all merchandise must be in its original condition. Sobeit Apparel will refund any item(s), excluding shipping fee, provided the item(s) have not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn, and all labels and tags are attached. In the event tags and labels are detached, a $5.00 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. The original payment method used to place the order will be credited. Items marked as “Final Sale-No Returns” are not eligible for returns. A merchandise credit will be issued for returns after 21 days, and an email confirmation will be sent once your return has been processed (7 - 10 business days).

If exchanging an item, please allow ample time for processing and shipping. You will receive confirmation of exchange via email. Furthermore, there is NO additional shipping charge for your new item.

If returns/exchanges are within or outside of the 21-day policy AND tags/labels have been removed, a $5.00 restocking fee will apply, regardless. Exchanges after 21-days will be honored IF all tags/labels are attached. We reserve the right to limit the number of returns/exchanges per customer at any time.

If you do not have the invoice/order confirmation, or return form (mailed with your purchase), please include the following information with your return:

1. The name and address under which the order was placed

2. Your name and billing address (if different from #1)

3. What item(s) you are returning, with order and SKU number, if available

4. The item(s) price(s)

5. Your reason for returning

6. The form of payment

7. What you'd like us to do (issue a refund, issue a store credit, or exchange for new merchandise)

 

REDEEMING MERCHANDISE CREDIT:

If you have received merchandise credit, you can redeem it online at sobeitapparel.com.
 

RETURN/EXCHANGE STATUS:

Please allow 7-10 days (from the time the package is received by our warehouse) for the return/exchange to be processed. You will be notified upon receipt of package.  You may also contact us via email at store@sobeitapparel.com.  We will need your name, order number, billing zip code, and as much additional information as you can provide.

Note: We are NOT responsible for item(s) lost, stolen, or damaged after USPS verifies your package has been delivered!
